Performance verification against ISO 10360, with as-found data captured before geometric adjustment or compensation updates.

Offline and online programming across PC-DMIS, Calypso, MODUS, CAMIO, PolyWorks and Quindos, built from GD&T on the print.

Gage Calibration
Calipers, micrometers, gage blocks, pin and thread gages, and surface plates, scheduled on one recall interval with the CMM.

How the Work Is Carried Out
Work is performed under ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Methods, ranges and measurement points are agreed against the request before anything is measured. The certificate or report issued afterwards states the method used, the measurement conditions and the uncertainty that applies.
